Configuration Management with SaltStack - Extended Training Course

Saltstack (or Salt, for short) is open-source software designed to automate the configuration of server systems. Throughout this course, you will learn how to centrally administer and manage multiple server environments.

The course offers a balanced blend of presentations, practical examples, and hands-on lab exercises, enabling you to apply your newly acquired skills immediately.

This instructor-led, live training in New Zealand (online or on-site) will be a well-balanced mix of presentations, examples and lab exercises, enabling you to immediately apply what you have learnt.

SaltStack (or Salt) is a Python-based, open-source configuration management tool designed to automate the provisioning of hardware and software within an IT environment. SaltStack is widely recognised as an orchestration tool in cloud and IT operational settings.

In this instructor-led, live training (available onsite or remotely), participants will learn how to deploy SaltStack by engaging in hands-on practice covering the setup, configuration, provisioning, optimisation, and troubleshooting of a group of servers in a simulated cloud environment.
