Requirements

To ensure participants get the most out of this course, they should have:

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (including site creation and basic administrative tasks)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 admin centre and user management
  • A basic understanding of PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online is advantageous
  • Prior exposure to security and compliance concepts within Microsoft 365 is beneficial
