Introduction to ISO 9241 as a key standard in the field of usability
Clarify the differences between usability and user experience
Confidently identify user needs and goals
2. USER RESEARCH
State the proper components of use
Craft methods for interviewing your target audience
Define the difference between observation and interpretation
Gather and analyse quality user data
Develop effective research techniques and methods
3. ILLUSTRATING THE CONTEXT OF USE
Identify potential users of your product or system
Create product personas and interpret their needs
Clarify Hick's Law, which describes the relationship between the number of choices in a user interface and cognitive load
