Outcome: A long-term, complex consultancy project in which NobleProg was embedded within the client team. The migration of business-critical processes to the new platform was successful, followed by ongoing work to support the business team in preparing for independent operations. The training provided was very well received and enabled many staff members to transition into new roles supporting the systems on the new platform.
