Agile Essentials Training Course
The iSQI Agile Essentials course is an internationally recognised qualification, aimed at anyone involved in agile projects who wants to become familiar with working in an agile environment. This includes Project Managers, Quality Managers, Software Development Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Directors and Management Consultants. The course comprises eight sections and guides participants through the lifecycle of an agile project—from release planning and writing user stories to iteration reviews (showcases) and retrospectives. The first day focuses on key principles (55% theory, 45% practical exercises), while the second day is dominated by hands-on application (40% theory, 60% exercises).

Practitioner in Agile Quality (PAQ) certification
21 HoursPAQ is a three-day experiential exam preparation course focused on refining practical skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
The exam is structured as a 'hands-on' assessment, where candidates receive a product backlog release containing user stories, associated design documentation, and a 'multi-drop' application pre-loaded with defects. Candidates will be provided with clear instructions outlining expectations during the practical assessment, along with the opportunity to produce the required work products. Each practical assessment will include one or two additional scenario-based questions requiring written responses (up to five questions in total), covering a range of competencies. These written answers, alongside the product backlog release outcomes, will be evaluated by an independent assessor. The assessment duration is 2.5 hours.
SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification
14 HoursThe "SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification" training is a two-day course that equips participants with the skills needed to effectively manage value delivery in a Lean-based enterprise. SAFe® for Teams
14 HoursThis two-day course is designed to help teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) operate effectively within an Agile environment by applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will learn how to function as Agile Teams, create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and execute iterations. The course also emphasises understanding the team's role within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.
The training prepares teams to participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completion of the course also prepares participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
