Requirements
This is a practitioner-level course. Candidates are expected to meet one of the following agile knowledge prerequisites: iSQI® Certified Agile Essentials (CAE), iSQI® Certified Scrum Master Pro, ISTQB® Foundation Level Agile Tester, or have at least two years of professional experience working in an Agile environment. Given the course's practical, experiential learning approach, certain foundational knowledge is assumed; without it, candidates may struggle to complete the course and assessments within the allocated timeframe. Candidates are expected to already be able to apply fundamental practices and techniques, such as:
- Knowledge of test design techniques – Equivalence Partitioning (EP) / Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) / State Transition / Decision Tables / Exploratory Testing
- Basic test terminology
- Understanding the difference between functional and non-functional testing, including foundational concepts of performance and usability testing
- Executing all activities associated with the fundamental test process
