  • Lean Principles: Value, Flow, Pull, Perfection.
  • Types of waste (muda) in services.

2. Lean for Requirements and Project Management (4 hours)

  • VOC (Voice of the Customer).
  • Prioritisation techniques: MoSCoW, WSJF, Effort-Impact Matrix.
  • A3 Project Thinking (structure and application).
  • Lean vs Agile vs Six Sigma (brief comparison).

3. Lean Kanban (4 hours)

  • Fundamentals and core elements of the Kanban system.
  • Board management.
  • Pull and Work In Progress (WIP) limits.
  • Flow indicators: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Takt Time.

4. Lean in Processes (4 hours)

  • VSM (Value Stream Mapping).
  • Identifying waste in banking processes.
  • KAIKAKU.

5. Other Lean Tools (2 hours)

  • GEMBA.
  • KAIZEN.
  • Root cause identification: Ishikawa, 5 Whys.
  • POKA-YOKE.
