Course Outline
This programme equips your team to further develop their influencing skills. It is designed for team members who have already built foundational communication and influencing capabilities, either through prior development opportunities or formal training.
Requirements
• Delegates complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey that provides their own feedback and allows feedback from up to seven other people, helping them understand their current influencing behaviours. The responses are not anonymous. • The report generated from these questionnaires is aligned with the Influencing Behaviour Model used throughout the programme and is reviewed during the course.
